  Department of Advancement

I feel incredibly grateful to be a new member of the Pacelli family! I grew up in southern Minnesota and moved back to the area after graduating from the University of St. Thomas. I left college convinced that the exceptional education I just received was something I could have experienced much sooner in life. Being challenged in my theology, logic, and ethics courses really transformed both my thinking process and faith.

That is why I am now at Pacelli, a PreK-12 school, where students receive a values-based education, centered on academic excellence, faith formation, social involvement, and service to community.

C.S. Lewis once said, "Education without values, as useful as it is, seems rather to make man a more clever devil." Those are powerful, truthful words. An education saturated in Christian values is critical to providing children a solid foundation to be rooted in as they grow. At Pacelli, we believe that it is our responsibility to help raise them as Christ commanded all of us to do as indicated in Matthew's Gospel.

"Full authority has been given to me both in heaven and on earth; go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations. Teach them to carry out everything I have commanded you." Matthew 28: 18-19a,20

The Department of Advancement works to raise awareness and support to fulfill this mission within the greater Austin community and beyond. By strategically focusing our efforts in the areas of donor relationships, stewardship, communications, public relations, marketing, and community events, the Department of Advancement works proactively to ensure Pacelli's ability to support young learners.

Please contact me to learn more about how you can give to Pacelli Catholic Schools. Thank you for your prayers, gift of time, and financial support. Your commitment and generosity to the school is what helps us fulfill and further our mission. Let's work together to take seriously the words of our Lord: "teach them everything I have commanded you." Thank you for your involvement.
