The Pacelli Board of Trustees consists of the Bishop of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester, Superintendent of Catholic Schools of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester, Pastors of the Roman Catholic Parishes in the City of Austin, MN, nine lay members from Austin Catholic parishes as well as the Principal of Pacelli Catholic Schools as a non-voting member. The Bishop appoints the voting members. Each member serves three-year terms.
When We Meet:
The Board of Trustees meet on the third Wednesday of the following months: September, November, January, March and May and have a strategic planning session in July.
Our Mission:
The Pacelli Board of Trustees establishes the mission and vision of our school, develop strategic and long-range planning, manage advancement programs, approve annual operating budgets, develop school policies that guide the Principal and school administration, adopt or amend Articles of Incorporation and evaluate school policies, mission and operations. The Board of Trustees also serves on Board committees including but not limited to: Executive, Finance, Academic and Activities, Advancement and Marketing, Facilities and Nominating.
