Here at Pacelli, we strive to encourage intellectual and spiritual growth in all students. Pacelli prepares and develops each student to reach their God-given potential and to be successful in life. Because of that belief, we strive to make a Catholic education here accessible and affordable to anyone who seeks it by offering financial aid and scholarship opportunities to families who need them.
While we always strive to raise funds to create as many opportunities as possible, sometimes we need to outweigh the availability of financial awards we have to give. If you apply late, you may miss your opportunity to be eligible for tuition assistance as the funds may have already been distributed.
In the spirit of Christian giving, financial aid awards do not need to be repaid.
Existing families and new families who would like to be considered for financial aid can apply throughout the school year. However, we do recommend that you apply as early as you're able as finacial aid is first come first serve.
This is a needs-based, financial scholarship provided by the Catholic Foundation of Southern Minnesota and provides funds for the evangelizations and catechesis of the Catholic faith community within the Diocese of Winona-Rochester.

Applications for the 24/25 school year are due back to the Pacelli front office by May 1st.
The Pacelli Discount will be determined by family income from your Federal Tax Return.
The Pacelli Discount is a capped amount based on funds received through donations and fundraising events. It is important to apply early. In order to qualify for the Pacelli Discount, students will be required to apply for the Seeds of Faith
Scholarship through the Catholic Foundation of Southern Minnesota (see details in dropdown below).
To remain eligible, students will need to be in good standing by following the attendance, behavior, and grade requirements as listed in the Student Handbook. Payment of tuition and fees must also be up to date. If a student receives a scholarship (see below), that amount will be deducted from the Pacelli Discount Award.
Students must sign into their Google account to access the Google Form.
Students can apply in the spring and sholarships are awarded at the June Awards Assembly.

"This is really going to be a game changer for our community," says Riverland Community College president Adenuga Atewologun, "especially our students of lesser means and our immigrant populations. They will really benefit."
Seniors who meet the requirements and choose to attend Riverland Community College will receive a scholarship to cover tuition and fees as well as a stipend for textbooks.
"When young people and their families understand that this scholarship is available, it gives them hope and a light into the future that they might not otherwise have thought about," says Hormel Foundation secretary Steve Rizzi. "It's a great difference maker for Austin. There isn't any component in our society where education doesn't make a difference, and by valuing and enhancing the ability to access a post-secondary education, we believe that we instill the belief that we can better ourselves as individuals with an education."
